BRIEFING PURSUANT TO ART. 13 OF ITALIAN LAW DECREE 196/2003

Caffitaly System Spa will process customer data pursuant to the requirements set out in applicable legislation. Customer data are collected to allow the establishment of a contractual relationship. Data are supplied by the Buyer on a voluntary basis. Failure to provide the data required will however result in no contract being made.

The personal data provided by the Buyer are collected over the internet and processed, including electronically, directly by the Seller and/or by a contractor (the shipper) to the purposes listed below:

- managing the order and providing the required services;

- generating business statistics, sending advertising materials (including over the email).

Customer data shall in any case not be provided to third parties, except for trade or other partners of Caffitaly System involved in the regular performance of Caffitaly System's obligations under the sales contract.

Pursuant to art. 7 of Italian Law Decree 196/2003, the Buyer may at any time request and obtain from our Data Supervisor information on the Buyer's data, including the means, purposes and rationale behind their processing. Buyers may furthermore request:

1) confirmation of the existence of their data in our database, provision of such data and information on their source;

2) the name and address of the Data Controller and the Data Supervisor, and the persons or groups of persons who may receive the data or access the data in their capacity as Data Supervisor or be requested to do so by the Data Supervisor;

3) the update, rectification or integration of their data;

4) the erasure, anonymisation of their data or the blocking of personal data processed in violation of applicable legislation;

5) proof that the requests described in paragraphs 3) and 4) have been notified to the persons and entities who have previously accessed the data, except when this is impossible or the effort required would be grossly disproportionate to the right protected;

6) for legitimate reasons, that their data not be processed, even for purposes admissible under these Terms and Conditions, or that their data not be processed for advertising or market research purposes.

Technical cookies include essential (aka 'strictly necessary') cookies and are used to allow users to navigate and use a website correctly. Said cookies are installed by Caffitaly System Spa exclusively, and classify as 'first-party' cookies.  Technical cookies are only stored on the user's computer for the duration of the current browser session.
